The website is still won’t let you order for May. I tried calling today, just recording then it clicks off. I tried emailing and got a response saying only can order through April.
Any suggestions on what to do, or how to order?

You got a response that said you can only order thru April
Wait a few more days
If you can’t order for May then nobody else can either
It’s the weekend now and they are closed on Monday
I’d wait til Tuesday as I doubt they will update over the weekend
Any suggestions on what to do, or how to order?
There isn't another way to order. On the bright side, since there are lots of tickets for next Tuesday it seems you can wait without worries.
We've been watching the site since February waiting for it to open up for May tickets but still nothing past April. Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that April dates go from being completely sold out to having tickets available again, not sure why? I'm hopeful that since there are still plenty of tickets available in April, there will be tickets available for one of the two days we'll be in Milan and that tour companies don't snatch them up first. Good luck!
My bet is those newly-available tickets are returns from tour operators who overestimated the demand.
from their website:
Reservations open: reservations open quarterly (starting from Tuesday 18 January 2022 at 2.00 pm, reservations are open from 1 February until 30 April 2022 ).
PLEASE NOTE it is not possible to book visits for dates after 30 April 2022
I, too, am hoping for a May ticket. The reservation site only opens a 3-month window at a time. After watching the site frequently since last fall(!), I'm guessing that the May-June-July ticket window will open during the last calendar week of April, maybe before. I'll be checking the site daily as of 15 April. Worth it to me as we'll only be in Milan for a day.
Janet, we are also just there for our day of arrival. What else are you doing? I’m thinking the Last Supper, Duomo and the mall that’s supposed to be so wonderful.
Just a FYI. In May of 2019 my husband and I tried to get tickets for The Last Supper. We couldn't find tickets, (3 months out) anywhere. When we got off the train in Milan in early morning we went to the Museum ticket office and asked if there were any tickets available that day, she said, "what time?" My husband and I couldn't believe it. We got afternoon tickets and it was worth it.
just a heads up, i saw today on their website tickets for may 1 thru july 31 go on sale april 12 at 0930
Thanks for the heads up, have been watching the site for weeks. Now if they don't sell out instantly we'll get to see it in late May!
Yes! The tickets are now available through the end of July! We got ours for June just now!
I just bought my 2 tickets for Th 12 May!! Take note that there are different types of viewing experiences - just you and your RS audio guide; a sm grp guided tour; a guided tour in English; a tour with a history lecture... Each experience takes a different amount of time and has a different ticket price! And you're not likely to know if you've chosen a "special tour" time slot until you get to the BUY NOW confirmation page. So this is just a reminder to look carefully at the ticket description written on that confirmation page before you hit Confirm! If you've inadvertently chosen a viewing that isn't what you want, just navigate back to the calendar site and choose a different time. Again, double-check what type of viewing you're paying for. When you've got it, hit the okay. I went through 4 different time slot choices before I found the "regular", no-frills viewing (that I'll do with my RS audio guide in hand) for €15.
You can also check in the descriptions above the calendar for what times the different options are offered. Had to read through the entire site a few times to get all the details. For example:
"Guided Tours in English language are provided with the following time slots:
From Tuesday to Saturday at 9.30, 11.30, 15.00, 17.00
Sunday at 15.00, 17.00
Price is 8,00 euros per person (whisper systems are included)
Guided tours are provided by Ad Artem, official concessionaire of the Last Supper Museum"
The 8 euros is added to the normal 15 euro ticket price.
