Last Supper Tickets For June

Has anyone had luck booking tickets through www.Cenacolovinciano.org for June? Today is March 29 and we are trying to reserve tickets for Friday, June 6. That's a little over two months in advance and there seems to be nothing available on that website. I will call on Monday but I am getting a little worried. Any suggestions?

It's better to book by phone than online. If you call, you'll have a greater selection of days and time slots to choose from, since their website doesn't reflect cancellations, from the US, dial 011-39-02-8942-1146; booking office open Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 ((Italian time, this is 3am to noon NY time), Sat 9:00–14:00, closed Sun; the number is often busy — once you get through, dial 2 for an English-speaking operator; the process takes about two minutes and you'll hang up with an appointed entry time and a number; you can pay with cash or credit card upon arrival.

Valerie, I have been trying to purchase tickets for early for the last 2 months. Not to discourage you, I haven't had luck even calling, but keep trying!

Our experience was that the dates were made available 60 days out, so if you're going in June you can expect the calendar to make those dates available in April.

We ended up calling too, just to reduce our anxiety.

Valerie,

My wife and I live in Rome and have traveled to Milano a few times. We've been very fortunate to see the The Last Supper. We ordered our tickets online once ... but the BEST method for us (and some of our American friends in Rome) was working through the concierge at our hotel.

We made a last minute decision to go Milano and called, and then emailed our hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful and secured us tickets that were UNAVAILABLE online at any vendor... so perhaps that could be a source for you.

In our case there was no mark up or additional charges. The reservation was made in our name and if I remember correctly we picked up our tickets when we arrived at the church. Hope that helps! Good Luck!

I successfully called and booked two tickets for May 28 (Italian speaking guide only but English headsets available.) The process couldn't have been easier. I called...got a busy signal...called again and got through. I pressed '2' and got a very easy to understand English-speaking operator who found the tickets (I had a choice of 9am or 4pm on the 28 -- none were available on the 29). This was at about 5pm Milan time.

I want to thank everyone that replied to my post. I did call for tickets the following morning, Mon. March 31 at 7am EST (1pm Milan). I got though immediately, no busy signal, and spoke with an English-speaking operator. The only availability for Fri. June 6, our requested date, was an English speaking tour at 9:30am and 3:30pm. We booked the 3:30pm tour with our debit card, received a booking # and are now awaiting e-mail confirmation. FYI: they ARE booking more than 60 days out.
