Help please! I try to reserve the tickets on line, I have to register for the web site, and I was asked to give tax code, even though I selected no tax code, and provided my passport number. Has anyone reserved the ticket on line before?

Yes, did it last August for a date in September. I used the website named in the RS Italy guidebook. It wasn't the most user-friendly, but it worked. I printed and presented the receipt and enjoyed the visit. I don't have the name of the website right in front of me, but if you need more info just send a PM. Have a great trip.

I booked online at the sight mentioned in the 2nd reply. I had to create an account before I could purchase. I did this last month for this coming July.
