I noticed a few posts regarding a change in reservations companies for entrance to the Last Supper. If I made a reservation by telephone for a date in mid-september and have a confirmation code, am I still OK? I didn't know if the new res company was honoring the old reservations.
Hi Lisa, I also have my reservations through a phone call but mine was made with the museum itsself.I am also going to be there in Mid Sept.Maybe I will see you in the dehumidifier room!!! I am sure you reservation will be honored. Pat
Hi Lisa, I found the number.I called at 6am (est) and got straight thru, spoke to someone in English and they emailed me mt reservation numbers. Good Luck Pat From RS Post on Milan: "It's best to call them directly (from the US, dial their new number at 011-39-02-9280-0360; booking office open Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–14:00, closed Sun, note that Italy is 6/9 hours ahead of East/West Coast times). The number is often busy [INVALID] once you get through, dial 2 for an English-speaking operator; the process takes about two minutes and you'll hang up with an appointed entry time and a number; you can pay with cash or credit card upon arrival. Check their website or call back often for any changes." TICKETS ARE 8 EURO and 1.50 for processing
Thanks, but I already made a reservation a while ago by phone. I was just making sure that it was still going to be recognized by the new company taking over the reservations system! I will be there at 3:30 on 9/19...be there or be square!!!
