I am going next month to milan to see Last Supper. I plan on taking the Malpensa Express to the Cardona station and on to the church to see The Last Supper, does anyone kno if I can check my bags at that station?

I don't think that there is luggage storage at the Cadorna station. The closest would be the staffed luggage storage area at Milano Centrale. To do this, you would take the bus from MXP to Milan Central, store your luggage and then take the metro to Cadorna.
