What is the best way to get reservations for the Last Supper in Milan?

We used Tickitaly.com for our trip last year and it worked just fine. It did cost a bit more. For some reason I was not able to secure tickets for the dates we were going to be in Milan through the actual website for the Last Supper. For us it was worth the extra cost.

Like Gail, I used an agency, http://www.milan-museum.com/index.htm. Ticket Italy did not come thru for me, but Milan Museum did. Yes, it costs more, but I got what I wanted and I had a very narrow window that worked for us.
