For my last day/night in Rome I will be coming back from Florence. My flight is the next morning, a Sunday, at 9:30am. I've heard conflicting advice. Some say to stay at an airport hotel to get the shuttle since it might be difficult to get an on-time shuttle on a Sunday in Rome. Others say stay in Rome because the shuttles will not be a problem since the hotel will reserve it for you.
So I come to the experts. Stay at the airport hotel or stay in Rome? And if it is an airport hotel would I have to taxi to it or go to the airport and then find there shuttle?
