Last Minute Trip to South of Italy - Need Help!

Hello, i did scroll all of the questions, and there's some great info, but not exactly what I am looking for. So my daughter (from USA) is spending 5 weeks in Sorrento, and I am going spontaneously for a visit. I only have 5 days to spend, so here is what i am trying to figure out.

  1. Land in Rome on Thurs, 6/23. Looking for a private driver to pick up in Rome and drive to Sorrento.
  2. Then, have Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon for adventure. Want to see Amalfi Coast, Capri and Posatino. Prefer and walks/hikes to boat tours and looking for a guide to take us around for these four days (or private tours that we can join).
  3. Have booked an AirBnB in Sorrento as a home-base, but open to spending a night in Amalfi as it seems easiest.
  4. Might also be interested in a cooking class.
  5. Then, would prefer private driver from Sorrento back to Rome early the morning of June 28th.

Would love any pointers, guides, drivers, advice. English speaking. Thank you.

Why not just take train to Naples then have a driver take you to Sorrento?
That will cost about 100 euros
Driver from Rome probably about 300 euros+

If your flight leaves Rome on 6/28 you need to be in Rome the night before
Too risky/too far trying to get from Sorrento to Rome on day of flight

Don’t forget you will have to take COVID test one day before your flight
