Last-minute help re: Rome Restaurants

We leave Friday for a Mediterranean cruise, with three nights in Rome prior to the cruise. I know this is last minute (probably should have asked earlier), but any input on the restaurants listed below would be welcomed. (Or any other moderately priced places you can recommend in the area of Piazza Navona/Campo de Fiori.) We only have three days/nights, so paring down the list is essential.
If it helps, I've divided the list between regular full menu restaurants and those that specialize in pizza. Thanks for your time.

Saltimbocca
Cantina e Cucina
Pasta e Vino
Elle Effe
Mastrociccia Osteria Pinseria Bistrot
Mr. 100 Tiramisu
Hosteria Costanza

Emma
Il Corallo
Rosamunda's
Mami Pizza

Maybe you’re already planning on making reservations at the restaurants on the pared-down list, but wherever you decide, do make reservations. Otherwise, all your planning and research will be wasted.

We were in Rome last month - much busier than we’d expected, and only one pizzeria (Da Remo) had a table when we arrived, unannounced, but early. My recommendations are all in the Testaccio or Trastevere neighborhoods, so I can’t provide any info on your list.

Hope your cruise is great!

It is probably too late to get a reservation but do try, Armando al Pantheon. Near enough to Piazza Navona to include. Also, seafood, La Rosetta, also near Pantheon.

We stayed neat the Campo de Fiori last time in Rome at one of Rick's recommended hotels. We ate at Pizzera Emma. It was good. I would highly recommend Roscioli right near the Campo De Fiori. You will want reservations for both. Few others in other areas we enjoyed were Armando al Pantheon as well as Ristorante La Tavernaccia Da Bruno located in Trastevere.

Katie Parla has some great Rome suggestions. Check out her blog.. https://katieparla.com/where-to-eat-in-rome-in-august/

Have fun and eat well! I wish could join you.

We stayed near Campo di Fiori last fall and ate at 2 small restaurants a couple of times each that were very good and not very expensive. Look up il Piccolo Vicolo and Ristorante S. Anna - both are on a tiny side street near Smeraldo Hotel and were our favorites when we spent 2 weeks in Rome last year. Great food and definitely not touristy

We just returned from another week in Rome. We ate dinners several nights very close to our apartment near Campo d’Fiori. We ate at…
Piccolo Vicolo…very good
https://piccolo-vicolo.business.site/?m=true
Voglia di Pizza…excellent pizza and pasta…both gluten free and regular

Ai Balestrari…not as good this trip as it was in 2017, but that may be just what I ordered

We ate at S. Anna in 2017…it was “ok”…nice and quiet location

Emma…we ate here in 2017…twice…it was very good! Just did not have a chance to go back this trip
We do tend to now stay away from both Roscioli and Armando Al Pantheon…just because we think they have become overly popularized and both the food and service have suffered in recent years…but that is just us…others will disagree.
We tend to gravitate to restaurants in Trastevere our last few visits to Rome…we find them to be generally excellent. Ditta Trinchetti was our favorite this month, if you want to take a stroll across the river. https://www.dittatrinchetti.com/
Your choices are many…enjoy!!!

Thanks for the thoughtful responses thus far.
They have certainly provided much "food for thought."
