Language schools

Any one out there ever been to a language school in Italy?
If so....who did you use, and did you think it was worth the $$?

Good experience, bad experience or a recommendation is appreciated. I'm considering this to improve my language skills.

I did, about nine years ago when i was in college. It was definately worth it, but the thing that really helped was that the language school had a us live with an Italian family. I lived with a retired gentleman who spoke no English and it's when you have to use a language all the time that you really learn. I went to the Scuola Leonardo Di Vinci in Rome. It was also a great way to meet other people, make new friends. The teachers only spoke Italian, so it was definately challenging, but so, so worth it.
