Language School in Italy

I'm thinking about staying in Italy for a few months later this year. While there, I'd love to take Italian classes. I'm open to location although Liguria has a slight edge.

Has anyone taken any language classes while staying/living in Italy? I'd love your recommendations!

Grazie!

Paula,

Now that I'm retired, I'm also thinking of the same thing. One school that I've been looking at is This One in Orvieto. The fact that it's a bit "out in the country" and yet fairly close to Rome seems like a perfect combination.

Let us know if you find a good school.

Cheers!

My friends and I have taken courses at the University for Foreigners in Siena and Perugia, both are established institutions with many students from Europe and around the world.
