Thought I’d share some on the ground intel:
My daughter just landed at FCO from Newark at 7:30 am. Flight was on time. She was through passport control and baggage, and in her car (car service picked her up) 50 minutes after landing.
PS. She was never asked for her CDC vaccination card at Newark or FCO.

Will do! Amazing how quickly it all went. She is in a Student. Visa so that may have impacted her processing. She was literally waived through.
Went straight to Florence. Little traffic on a Sunday morning.
