From the Orta-Miasino train station take a train to the Varenna-Esino station. There is a train that departs at 7:12 arriving in Varenna at 10:24 and another that departs at 8:04 arriving in Varenna at 11:24 AM. Both require two connections.
The next train departs at 1:51 arriving in Varenna at 5:24: https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html.
