IS THERE FERRY SERVICE ON MAGGIORE FROM OCTOBER 15 INTO THE WINTER ?
WONDERING WHAT THE SERVICE WOULD BE OCTOBER 15-30. CURRENT AUTUMN SCHEDULE READS TO OCTOBER 14 ONLY. NO LIST OF WINTER TIMES, UNLIKE LAKE COMO.

Based on my experience with ferries in Italy, most likely they are switching to their winter schedule on October 15th. There will probably be some ferries for the locals but overall the services will be greatly reduced. Ferries reduce or even end their services in October because of the huge falloff in demand when tourist season ends. I'd check for the winter schedule in another week or two.
