Hi Everyone
Lake Como has been a must on my travel list for many years.
I was just able to secure an amazing rate using points at the new Hilton with dates starting March 28th.
My question to all of you, are restaurants open, are boats running, and does anyone have an itinerary for 10 days from Lake Como up to Switzerland?
Land in Milan, train to Como, leave from Zurich?

If you are staying in the town of Como, you can take a train from San Giovanni directly to Zurich and make that your home base until you fly out. Then you can take a day trip to Lucern. Trains depart from Zurich quite often for the almost hour trip to Lucern. The Zurich airport also has its own railway station under the terminal building, so you can hop a train to the airport for your flight out. There some hotels in Zurich that are within an easy walk from the train station. Heads up, avoid Hotel Bristol. We stayed there, and it was the worst experience of our trip.
