Lake Como in late October

We are traveling to Nesso via train from Cinque Terra to Como in late October. Our train arrives at 2:45pm and we were planning on either taking the bus or ferry (if avail) to Nesso to check-in to our Airbnb. We then have 2 full days to check out the area. What would you all suggest as to day trips from Nesso? Bellagio? Varenna? Como? We want to walk around, shop, eat and enjoy the little towns. I know things quiet down this late in the year there, so any suggestions as to better towns to visit than others would be most appreciated! Grazie mille!
