Looking for a review on this hotel- the location looks stunning - i’ve read mixed google reviews
If you have been there recently i would appreciate an honest review

Didn’t stay there, but walked past it many times. Looked luxurious. The location is also perfect. Next to the ferry dock on one side, and “downtown” Menaggio on the other. Take a chance on it.

Haven't stayed in that hotel, but we really liked Menaggio itself.
Easy to get around to the lake villages by boat.
Be sure to hike up to the WW1 fortifications and trenches high above the town for a fabulous view.
You can take the local bus up and walk down.
The tourist office in the main piazza will tell you how.

While in Menaggio, if you have time, take a chance to visit Lugano (Switzerland). It’s a beautiful town, albeit with Swiss prices. I generally go by car, but there is a bus.
If you go in summer they have nightly free classical concerts on Piazza Garibaldi, the main square.
