When I go to the Lake Como ferry site navigazionelaghi.it, I cannot find an early morning ferry from Varenna to Como.
I need an early morning ferry to catch a 10 am train from Como to Lucerne.
Am I on the correct site ? What am I missing ?

You can go at 6:35, 6:50, 7:35 and you will arrive before 9.
The first at 6:35 is the fastest with no changes. The others you change at Bellagio.
You need to click on the sevizi rapidi box to include the fast ferries.

Thank you ! I missed this completely and ended up looking at a listed timetable with all of the stops along the Lake.
I was about to reconfigure my whole itinerary - you saved the day !
We are traveling in September. Do you know when there is a ferry schedule change to include September ? I just put in May dates to see the information you gave me.

The timetable will change in summer after May 26. Chances are there will be more runs in summer which is peak season. Not sure when in September the summer schedule ends. You just have to wait.
