Lake Como Ferry Question

We want to take the ferry from Como (town) to Cadenabbia. According to the schedule, it appears that the ferry from Como does not stop at Cadenabbia.

If so, if we depart the ferry at Villa Carlotta or Tremezzo, what is the walking distance to Cadenabbia? Or would it be preferable to take the ferry from Como to Bellagio, then switch ferries to Cadenbbia?

Thank you.

The walking distance from Villa Carlotta to Cadenabbia is not far at all! Approximately 400 meters.

As for whether you want to switch ferries, that could be a nice way to go if you want to stop in Bellagio and see the town, but it's entirely up to you!

Tamara, I didn't realize that Villa Carlotta was that close. Someone had mentioned that it was 2 km. from Cadenabbia. Thanks.

Yes, even with our map we weren't sure, and so we asked the man selling ferry tickets when we could get the next boat (from the Cadenabbia ferry station) to the villa Carlotta stop. He looked at me funny then said it would be faster just to walk there :) tee hee!
