Lake Como ferry pass

We are going to be staying in Varenna in September for 3 days. We would like to visit some of the towns on the lake by taking the ferry, specifically Bellagio and Menaggio.
Can we buy a pass for those 3 days rather than paying each time? Where can it be purchased? Do you know the approximate cost? Can we use the pass as a hop on, hop off?
I have looked at the ferry website but find it very confusing.
Thank you
Madelyn

Yes, at the ticket booth at the ferry dock in Varenna, you will have the choice to buy a single ride ticket or an all day pass. Just decide each day depending on weather and your schedule. When we were there a few years ago, the all day pass was about 12 Euro. Very convenient, just show it when you board, unlimited hop on/off. There are different ferries - i.e. some for cars, some for people only, but they all take people and all day pass is good on all. Enjoy your trip!
