Me and two women are flying into Milan, May 22 to June 2, and plan to take day trips around Lake Como, but thats all I know. Any suggestions would be appreciated as it is my first time to Italy.

It would help us to give more helpful comments if you could clarify: Are you actually going to sleep in one place, the Lake Como area, for the entire trip, 11 nights?

Kent is right, it would be very helpful to get more details regarding your plans.
For example:
- How many nights will you be on the ground (not counting travel days)?
- where are you flying from? If flying from the US, you will be jet lagged on day of arrival so you won't do much that day.
- Will you be traveling by train/bus or do you plan to rent a car?
- Do you want to stay in Northern Italy for the entirety of your trip or venture to Florence/Tuscany, Cinque Terre, or Rome?
- Do you already have your flight tickets? You say you will be flying into Milan, will you fly home out of Milan also?
