Lago di Trasimeno-hostel

I am planning a trip to Umbria after my RS tour of the Heart of Italy and am interested in staying in a hostel at Lago di Trasimeno called "Fattoria il Poggio" on Isola Polvese. Any feedback on this hostel would be appreciated.
