My husband and I are going to be doing a day trip from Rome to Castel Gandolfo and were thinking of kayaking on Lago Albano. I found guided tours for about $50 per person (3 hours) but I also see there are kayak/paddle boat rentals at some beaches. Does anyone know anything about renting boats? We are experienced paddlers and don't really NEED the guided tour.
