We'd like to tour La Scala and are particularly interested in the technical aspects of the theater. We know of companies offering tours but they seem to concentrate on the museum. Does the theater company, or anyone else, offer "backstage" tours? Thanks.

I think you would need to contact Teatro alla Scala. The Lyric Opera in Chicago does these occasionally, but only a few days each year. There are always issues with on-going rehearsals that make tours like this problematic to do on any regular basis.
