La Magnolia B&B in Orvieto – No Recent Response from Serena? Backup Ideas?

Hi all,

My husband and I (celebrating our 40th anniversary in May!) booked two nights directly with Serena at La Magnolia B&B several months ago, with email confirmations back then.

I’ve followed up twice recently about check-in/luggage storage after arriving by train/funicular—no reply yet, which has me worried the reservation might not hold.

Has anyone had similar no-response issues with La Magnolia lately, or tips to reach her (phone/WhatsApp?)?

If it’s unreliable, we’re looking for alternatives in Orvieto under €200/night—something central, charming, and different from our past stay at Hotel Duomo. Any recent favorites for a special/romantic trip?

I was able to go to their site and at the very bottom there is My Booking, Contact Us. and up at the top of the page their phone number. Any number of reasons why no response so I would bombard them, now as it is probably evening there, and at night where you are so they arrive on Friday to all your inquires. You could also check with booking.com and their reviews to see if this may be a usual situation with customer service at the hotel.

That is odd. I had a response from her just on March 13. This is the email. used: [email protected]. Is it possible you missed a letter or dot in the email?
