We are planning a trip to Sicily in September and found a very nice Airbnb in La Cala in the Palermo harbor area. It’s our first time in Palermo so I’m wondering if this is a safe and tourist friendly area to stay. We will be there for 4 nights with day trips nearby including Cefalu, Segesta and Erice.
