Do you mean actually kashrut certified establishments that will close on Saturday, etc? I would think that would be very difficult to find in CT - there just aren't that many places to eat in general. While I wasn't looking for that, I'm sure I would've noticed one if I had walked by it, just out of curiosity if nothing else.
Your best bet might be to stick to dairy and fish. If any of the villages has something, I guess it would be Monterosso because it's the biggest. that said, outside of Rome, Venice, and Florence, I haven't seen any Kosher establishments at all (Probably something in Pitigliano, but I sadly didn't make it there)
