Kids tickets for Dome in Florence

I see the following when I click on pricing details.

Reduced Price Tickets 3 euros:
FAI members
Children from 6 to 11 years of age

Does this mean kids between age 6 and 11 can get in with reduced price tickets? Or you have to be both FAI member and Children (6-11)?

I searched all over the internet and did not get answer.
