Last Monday, we visited the Vatican and were winding our way out to where we could get a taxi. We happened upon a large gathering of kids and parents who appeared to be waiting for a kids' concert. It looked like something I've done with my own kids in the States but with an Italian flare. It seemed like it was mostly little girls from 6-13 with a sprinkling of boys. Most of them wore white dresses with bright blue accents like a wide ribbon around their waists or ribbons in their hair.
I've tried to google this but don't really know where to start. Can anybody tell me what this was? I'm curious...
