Katti House Florence question

I've heard plenty nice things about this family, mother and daughter. The location is just a short distance from the Florence train station and it's a very central place to stay. Last time I tried to book their rooms, I found them to be just a little expensive. I found a really nice room 1 block from the train station for 50E less on Booking.com. But now that room is double what I paid.
I certainly wouldn't be afraid of Katti House, and their restaurant.

Thanks for the quick reply. This is sort of a fill in stop between Rome and Bologna. The places we usually stay are all booked. I was figuring to just pick a place from Rick's book but there were a fair percentage of reviews claiming people didn't get the rooms they were promised and that there were some cleanliness issues. I was hoping to hear from someone who had stayed there recently.
