Kalabria Coast to Coast in Calabria Advice

Has anyone kicked the Kalabria Coast to Coast trail across Calabria from the Ionian to the Tyrrhenian Sea? How long did it take you and do you have recommendations for the best places to stay at along the way?

I am very interested in this as a hiker with Calabria on my to-do list--I have seen some posts on the Trip Advisor forum--you might want to check there also.
