Our home base for a week in June will be Montalcinello, about 45 mins southwest of Siena.
Going in to Siena a couple times, plan to see Volterra and San Gimignano, have noted a couple market days in Chiusdino and Montalcino... ANYWHERE ELSE WE MUST TRY TO SEE in this vicinity?
(Spending a week on the other side in Montepulciano & can do locales in the east of Siena then.)
