I just now (20:10 EDT) purchased an October 15th Frecce ticket online using my credit card and picked the wrong times! Am I out of luck or is there some way to stop this payment from going through or getting the ticket changed? I had trouble purchasing this ticket because it kept saying something like the seats weren't available, although the web site said they were. Thanks for any help. Pam

It depends on what price level you chose. Super-economy tickets can't be changed, economy tickets have fewer restrictions, and base (full fare) tickets can be changed or refunded until one hour aftert He train leaves.

Since you are purchasing on-line this early, I assume you bought a super economy tickets. It so it is either dead or you figure out someway to adjust to the new time. However, if you want a better answer then you need to provide some additional details - type of tickets, times, etc.
