Jubilee Year advice for Caesar Shuffle

Hello,
Due to crowds this Jubilee Year is there a "better" approach to lines for Caesar Shuffle? We have our Roma Passes, but is there an additional ticket or tour that should be considered due to increased crowd size? Is there anyone who visited with updated advice? Thanks so much.

The "Caesar Shuffle" is a self guided walk outlined by RS in his book connecting Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps.

It can be done anytime. No tickets required.

You might consider doing it in the morning, starting at Campo markets are in full swing, then a reverse in the evening, when everything is lit up.
