Johanna II, Johlea or Dei Mori in Florence?

Want to book this week. I will be staying in Florence for 4 nights. Which of the above would you recommend? Dei Mori has a multitude of steps..should this be a deterrent or is it that good?

Johlea has an elevator. Room was nice and bathroom as well. It is located near the Academia--Via Gallo I think. Within the old building are some offices and perhaps another B&B so it was a bit confusing finding the entry upon arrival. We would definitely stay there again. Am not familiar with the others so ca't comment.

We've stayed with Daniele in the Dei Mori two times- nice place, excellent location; can't say anything about the other two!
