Will be landing in Pisa on July 13. Catching the nonstop from JFK on Delta.
I was wondering if anyone have been on this flight before? What was your itinerary like after landing in Pisa in the morning? Planning to sleep in Pisa 2 nights, so that we can go to the Cinque Terra one day and do some hiking. Will continue to Florence and then North. Flying out of Milan back to the States. Thanks

Inside the PSA airport there is a train station. Take a train from there to Pisa Centrale. Then at Pisa Centrale station take a train going to La Spezia. In Spezia, change train to the Cinque Terre.

Most people flying in from JFK would land in Pisa, catch the train downtown and take a regional train to their final destination. Pisa is not really a 2 day destination for me.
When you're through visiting Cinque Terre, catch the train back to La Spezia and transfer to a train going to Florence.
