Hello Everyone, My husband and I are going to be in Italy in September and October this fall and are interested in finding jazz clubs in Rome, Florence and Perugia (live jazz as opposed to recordings). Does anyone know of any? Do they usually serve food or do we need to eat elsewhere first? I've been following "In Rome Now" online but I was hoping for more personal experiences. I already searched this site and came up with: OIO in Florence (2004 referral) Gabrielo in Rome (2012) Big Mamma in Rome (2008) Big Star in Rome (2006) Many thanks in advance,
lori in Pittsburgh p.s. blues clubs are good, too.
I was hoping to see some responses to this, as we will be making our first visit starting next week. If nothing else, if we happen to find someplace worthwhile I will post when we return.
In Rome: Alexanderplatz Charity Cafe Gregory's Be Bop Jazz Club Florence: Jazz Club Firenze
