ItTaxi vs. Freenow for taxi service in Rome

Any difference as to service, availability or cost between either app?
It would seem that using your Uber app where you already have an account is a good option as it defaults to choosing a taxi through ItTaxi as an option

I used both. And for the most part found them roughly the same. However, ItTaxi has an option for a driver to block you from other drivers picking you up. We believe we got along well with all the drivers and did tip, but we're wondering if it was our location that got us blocked. We didn't realize until our second pick-up (our first one was early morning) that our AirBnB was in a bit of a sticky place for drivers. We think that either a driver hit the block button by mistake (it's pretty easy to do, I almost hit a block on a driver I liked) or just the location was that bad. Either way, even moving to a better location for pick-ups we could not get unblocked. We ended up using Freenow the rest of our Rome stint or just went to a taxi stand.
