ITINERARY QUESTION - Milan - Lake Como - Switzerland

Wednesday Flight into Milan, arriving mid day
Wednesday night in Milan

Thursday in Milan

Friday train to Lake Como
Saturday & Sunday Lake Como

(NEED SOME ADVICE HERE)
Monday - Take the Bernina Express - I am thinking we take our bags and take the Bernina Express to Chur and then continue on to Zurich and sleep in Zurich Monday night, is this possible? Is the distance manageable in one day?

Tuesday & Wednesday in Zurich

Thursday - Saturday in London for 3-4 days before a planned cruise. We have been to London a couple of times but our kids haven't so we want to hit the highlights with 3 days in London.

We have traveled around Europe a few times, we don't mind 2-3 days in each location. I know for some it's limited but we like to see more places and just focus on the main highlights at each place.

I like to end the vacation with a cruise because that's at a slower pace and a bit more relaxing.

What do you think of this rough itinerary? Specifically Monday for the Bernina Express?

Where will you be coming from on Lake Como? It's doable, we did the reverse. Started in Chur and ended in Varenna. About 6 hours, including the leg to Zurich. However, if you haven't been to Lucerne, I'd go there instead of Zurich, and unless you are leaving early in the morning, you can even stay in Lucerne the night before your flight. Train travel is quite reliable and would take about an hour.
