Itinerary help for Dec trip to Italy, Switzerland, Monaco & France

Hi all. I will be flying to Milan on business in December and prior to actually starting my business trip, I wanted to take a week of vacation to visit some surrounding sites. Does the following itinerary look do-able? Is there anything I should scrap? Thanks!

11/28 = arrive in Milan, spend a few hours sightseeing, take evening train to Lausanne, Switzerland
11/29 = sightsee in Lausanne
11/30 = ferry to Evian, France; Chateau Chillon; Montreux; evening train back to Milan
12/1 = Bernina Express train to St. Moritz & back to Milan
12/2 = morning train to Monte Carlo
12/3 = Nice, Eze
12/4 = Nice, Villefranche su Mer, Cap Ferrat
12/5 = Antibes & Cannes
12/6 = train back to Milan

Nichole - Be aware that some of your destinations are warm weather ones and are likely to be very quite - although scenic - in December.

That means that restaurants will be closed and local residents are huddled away.

What about trading the time on the French Riviera for a visits to Venice and Verona?

I think that Doug has an excellent suggestion! I'd keep it simple--Venice and Verona are two great destinations!

FYI--this is a double posting. It's also posted under "To the West" with its own responses.

Hi Nichole - WOW - I got tired just reading that Itinerary!! It's doable as long as you realize you'll just be getting a "taste" in each location. Those are some of my personal favorites and you will like them - Eze Village - Amazing - Nice - Fantastic - tough to do both in a single day and give much attention to either BUT, as I said you'll at least get the flavor for future trips/ Why Not? It's your week - Go for It and Enjoy!!!

Thanks for your help, Greg. Is there anyplace that you think I should cut out and to have more time in another? I'm flexible!
