We land Feb. 15th (family of 4 kids 6 & 9) from NY to Milan. We will spend 15th and 16th in Milan, touring sites and seeing a soccer game (or is it football?) Feb. 17th we are going to take the train to Switzerland. We are staying in St. Moritz and will be skiing for 4 days. Friday February 14th my husband wants to take the train from Switzerland to Venice (any train suggestions?) spend February 21st and 22nd in Venice and train back to Milan late on the 22nd for our flight back to NY on the 23rd. Too much travel right? Thoughts on how to make it all work?

You have two nights in Milan then four nights in St. Moritz (been there, it is absolutely beautiful--but very expensive), then one nights in Venice.
Only thing is you won't have a lot of time in Venice.
Are you planning to leave St. Moritz on the 21st and then return to Milan on the 22nd? Not sure that it is worth the trip for that little time.

Did you already book airline? If not, can you fly open jaw, return from Venice?
