Itinerary help 10 days - Rome, Umbria, Amalfi Coast?

Last trip to Italy did Venice, Sienna and Florence. Want to do Rome and Amalfi Coast and Umbria this trip. I have 10 full days and 10 nights - too much? Arriving April 9th and leaving April 20th - but have not yet booked my tickets. Likely flying in and out of Rome, but can look at other options. Any suggestions for which order to do this in or should we only do 2 of the 3 above? thanks

Amalfi coast is over 2 hours south of Rome. Umbria is 1 to over 2 hours north of Rome (depending on where in Umbria). If you fly in and out of Rome, you are flying to a location in the middle. Since it's early April, I would head South to the Amalfi coast first. (Check also the possibility to fly into Naples, which would be closer).
Then I would move north, bypassing Rome, all the way to Umbria. I would leave Rome for last, for the last few days before flying back.
