The only problems might be day 1...jet lag may hit you and day 4...doing the Uffizi and Academia
may overload your senses.

I share gerri's concerns. Assuming you are coming from North America, Day 1 is very packed; you may just want to walk around Venice on your own and use Rick's free audio tour of the Grand Canal, rather than take any expensive tours you may be too fogged to appreciate (I certainly would be). And seeing both the Uffizi and the Accademia after a 3 hour walk is very tiring; you may again be too schlogged to really appreciate the art.

In general, you've booked a lot of paid activities (gondola riding, mask making, pizza making, gelato tasting, not to mention your walking tours). Each of these individually look great, but taken all together, you may wish you had fewer of these and more free time, both for your wallet and your stamina. But everyone's travel style is different; when I travel, I need more "alone time" than others want or need.

Day 13 seems too packed to me; I doubt if it's realistic to fit all 3 of those in one day. IMHO, you need to cut one stop.

Day 11 seems a lot to me too. Not only is it a long day, my brain would explode from all the info. Plus if it's a hot day? Yeesh. Most people that do the Vatican museum and the Colosseum in one day do it because they're on a serious time crunch. I would do one or the other, not both in a day. I know you are traveling solo, but are you trying to avoid being alone with all these group activities? No criticism intended. One of my favorite things about travelling solo is enjoying the time by myself but I'm a bit of a wanderer though.

Thanks for all your advice. I've reexamined the itinerary and looks like I'm going to remove and/or move some stuff. I am looking forward to traveling alone but thought I'd join organized things to meet people but I think I may have overdone it!!

From which airport are you departing? FCO? Make SURE you are there full 2 Hours before departure, especially if your flight is a direct one to the US as you will need to go to Terminal 5 and get security screened, and then bused to your departure gate. Seriously TWO or more hours ahead of your flight.

Have a great trip! Agree with the other posters, in that day one and day 13 seem a little too rushed.

I'd suggest studying the train schedules from Orvieto to FCO very carefully, for the morning of your departure, including: If you are changing at Termini for the Leonardo Express, then give yourself plenty of time to make the loooooonnnnggg walk between the main tracks and the L.E. track, hauling your baggage. I seem to recall planning to spend my last night in Orvieto, several years ago, only to discover that the train schedules would not allow me to get to FCO at least 3 hours before plane departure. (Three hours is much safer than two, at FCO!!) And... there is always the possibility of a sudden train strike, which would leave you in Orvieto without the proverbial paddle.... Just sayin....You might consider spending your last night in Rome, and day-tripping to Ostia and Orvieto (one hour from Rome), which would also save you all the time of one more hotel move.
