Rome, Venice, Orvieto- What area's are best suited for overnight stay- within walking distance, to most of the popular attractions? And any personal hotel recommendations? We are two adults traveling.

Those are three great choices for an Italy trip, alittle bit of everything. Get Rick's guidebook and you'll get all the answers and more. Cut out the sections and carrry them with you while sight seeing.

What kind of hotel? 5 Star or no-star with shared toilet? What kind of price range?
Because you can't get them all in one place, which is more important to you - location, price, or amenities?
