Italy Train Schedule

Is there a way to see the train entire schedule for a day from point a to point b (italy)? Or do you have to put in a departure time (which I'm finding difficult because no matches). I'm not picky on the time, just want to see my options!

I'm leaving for Italy on Monday - so excited! I am staying at Airbnb's and the hosts want to know your arrival time, so I'm trying to navigate the trenitalia.com website to get an idea of times between places and the times offered.

Thanks all you Italian pro travelers!

On the main search page, specify "00" for the Hour. On the results page, the first 10 trains appear. Below the 10 trains, are a "View All Solutions" button, which appears to be broken. But the "Next Solution" will give the next 10 trains. This is at www.trenitalia.com. Select English in the upper-right corner.

How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online](http://www.ricksteves.com/travel-tips/transportation/trains/online-schedules) gives you the DB train schedule link and tips for using it. On that site, you can start with an early morning hour, then after you get an overview of three schedules, you can keep clicking to see more, and get up to 12 departures on one page. There's a link to convert to a more printable format, as well. If you are not getting any matches on either site, then check that you are using the proper Italian spelling of the town name. Trains run at least hourly on most routes.

Thank you for those suggestions. I had already tried all of those....turns out I was using the wrong station name. Now I know it's difficult to figure out what the correct name is in Italian! I had already googled for the name, and thought I had it correct. I was using Santa Lucia (Lu) for Venice, which was coming up as one of my options on the drop down, but turns out it should have been Venezia S. Lucia!!!

I think I will look up all the correct station names now BEFORE we leave next week so I'm not scrambling at the train stations!

Thanks all!

I really want to see the whole schedule for a station sometimes too.......the only place I really know of is AT the station, where it is posted where all the trains daily come FROM and where they are going TO along with all the stations in between.....
