Has anyone used Italytours.eu in Florence? Would you recommend using them? Or have you used Viator? Which is better?

Viator is a reseller--they don't run their own tours.

Viator is a 3rd party agency. Like Expedia for tours. They sell tours owned and operated by the actual tour companies.
Never heard of Italytours. Have you looked for reviews on TripAdvisor?

Reseller/travel agency, etc. It is someone, an agency that sells tours offered by other tour companies. Just like a travel agent will sell a ticket on any airline. Viator is a third party in the middle between you and the tour company providing the tour. Most of us believe it is best to go directly with a tour company rather than indirectly with a reseller.
