My sister and I are stressing because our Europe flight from Naples to the Greek island Crete date got changed from June 24 to June 22 and we don’t know what to do because we already had a day planned in Pompeii and Capri those days and our Airbnb booked, our ferry to Capri booked , our tour booked, and our train to Naples booked
Which airline? How much was the ticket?
Volotea $70
Have you got anything already booked in Greece what you can't change?
Did you phone to see if you have an alternate date to rebook to? You don't have to accept what they book you on.
Can you get a refund on that flight and rebook on a different airline?
Did you review your travel insurance options as to reimbursement for changes to flight plan?
It is one of the many frustrations of travel, particularly air travel, as they can continue to change details to the last minute and the snowball affect can cost you big time....particularly if you booked everything in advance and it is all non-refundable.
EDIT - $70?? Either decide to phone and address the issue, or start looking for alternative transport for the day that suits you.
Don’t panic.
You are probably going to need to get creative. At least the airline gave you 2 months notice so you have time to figure this out. You may need to get a refund on your volotea ticket and go with an alternate plan. You don’t have to accept the change from them.
1) What days does volotea fly to Crete? Could you take a flight on a later date?
2) Could you get a flight from Naples to Athens, spend the night in Athens, and then fly to Crete the next morning?
3) Could you travel to another city in Italy (e.g., Rome) and fly from there to Crete?
I often start with the airport wikipedia page to see what cities have routes to the place I want to travel to. For example, I see there are flights to Heraklion from Rome on a number of airline. If there is one leaving on the 24th, could you travel by train to Rome and then fly from there?

I see there is a 6:20 am flight from Rome that day to Crete via Athens . We are staying in Naples the 23 night , already have an Airbnb booked that night , how could we get from Naples to CIA Rome airport by 6:20 am and how early do we need to get to the airport

Forget it. You need to allot about 2 hours via train as it goes to Termini station then to airport...and trains don't run 24/7. Your alternative 'may' be a rental car, or a private driver but you would still need to be there at the very least 90 minutes prior. Is it really realistic to try and do this at 2 in the morning?

Really the only way to do this would be to forego your final night in Naples. Check out in the evening, Travel to Rome by train, take the bus to CIA, and spend the night at the airport or book a hotel room.
I see direct flights to Heraklion departing Rome on the 25th or Naples on the 26th. Can you depart for Crete later? One of these may be your best option.
I think the lesson here is that flexibility is vital in any travel enterprise.
I have confirmed seats on Air Canada from Los Angeles to Rome and back, with a layover in Montreal. My flight isn't until the Fall, but already the LAX to Montreal legs are "iffy" because the scheduled aircraft is the Boeing 737 Max 8, and worldwide, this aircraft is still grounded.
So, what to do? Because I have time, I am exploring other ways to get to and from Montreal, and will keep looking for a suitable alternative. Meanwhile, Air Canada is also working on the problem.
You have two months to adjust and find alternative means/modes of travel. Your Greek adventure may be moved up at the expense of your Capri and Pompeii adventure, or you may have to find a different passage to Crete than you had planned on. No matter. Be grateful for the advance notice so you can look for a new itinerary. It took me 3 European trips to finally get to ride the cable car to the top of the Aguille du Midi near Mt. Blanc. It happens. Savor your impotence and look upon this as a challenge to be overcome. Bon Voyage!
Well we tried to call Volotea but they only have international numbers and My account is blocked from making international calls so we sent them an email. Will wait a couple of days then request a refund and find a new flight
Well you do have fights to Naples to Crete, just not direct (check skyscanner.com, put one way on 6/24) but they will get you there on the 24th.
There are direct flights from Naples to Santorini on 6/24.
Cancel your original flight. Time to get creative.
If you can't use your phone to make international calls why not use the internet? Use Skype or other VOIP method and the call will cost pennies - probably less than 20 or 75 pennies.
