Italy Spas

I'm thinking of adding a spa as a break from sightseeing while in Italy.

I'm hoping to go when in Rome. It might be nice to combine it with a day trip to Tivoli, but I could go when I'm a different area if significantly better.

What are the recommended spas in Italy: Rome, Tivoli, Tuscany/Florence, Venice or near Lake Como?

I haven't been to a spa in Italy, but I just had a RAVE review from a poster on this forum for the Grotto Giusti in Tuscany.

Montecatini terme west of Florence (on train route) is a nice spa. Google it.

I've always wanted to go to the thermal spas near Padua. I've heard good things about them.
