Does anyone know where the Italy Saverpass can be purchased in Italy? Can it be confirmed that it be bought only in Rome, Venice & Milan? We are travelling to Europe in May for three months and want to buy the Saverpass when we arrive for our final leg in Italy.

I don't know about buying it in Italy, but I just bought an italy pass saver last week through Rick Steves' site. Received it through the mail in 5 days, includes discount in their travel store, and you can ask 3 travel questions of their staff (free)which they answered in 24 hrs.
