Does anyone know a good iPhone app for Italian trains? I'm looking for an app that has train status info, i.e. estimated arrival and departure times and track info. In the past I've used an app called Oratio Treni that worked quite well, but it doesn't seem to be loading quite right on my phone. I wonder if the developers might have stopped supporting the app.
Any info appreciated.
Last month, I used the Trenit app on my Android. It seems to show all of that info plus train delays after departure. I also used it to buy tickets. I assume there's an iPhone version.

I've been using InfoTreni Pro for a couple of years, and it works great for researching routes, times, etc. However I don't believe it's possible to buy tickets on that app. That's not a problem as I also have the Trainline app which allows ticket purchases on Trenitalia, Italo, Trenord and many other rail networks in Europe.
I use orario treni and it works great!
There are all trenord, trenitalia, italotreno and other small italian companies. You can buy trenitalia tickets and it shows train position delay's minutes and platform of arrival and departure.
You need to enter the italian name of stations; i don't know if there is an english version but it's easy to use
